Ten years ago, we pioneered the introduction of festival management systems at film festivals around the world. The know-how in festival management, production and logistics accumulated while working with festivals in over twenty countries have now been gathered to bring festival management to a next level by creating a brand new web application for managing film festivals.
EVENTIVAL 2.0 - A FILM FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT WEB APPLICATION
Eventival is a web-based application created for the planning, logistics and artistic production of film festivals, turning it into a seamless process and allowing dynamic, controlled and sustainable growth. Eventival combines the accessibility of a database storing data relevant to the festival with the versatility of a tool facilitating logistics, encouraging planning, and archiving demographic data.
Eventival IS NOT:
- an online film submission system (but it is also that)
- software that you have to install on your computer in order to use it
- something big and expensive that only makes sense for a large festival.
Eventival IS:
- a database of people, companies, films and events related to the festival, handled by the festival staff and updated by the filmmakers through an access interface
- a comprehensive management system covering internal processes related to the planning, preparation and execution of the festival
- an online film submission, guest registration and accreditation system
- a system allowing mass operations, from assigning and printing badges to inviting people and films and mailings, with the data in the database
- a content management system where the content is the films, people and special events.
Eventival is multi-lingual, and permits the organising of multiple projects drawing upon the same data. It works well regardless of physical borders, language barriers, and artistic objectives.
PRO2FILM
