Mobile app for event participants

The Eventival Mobile App enhances the festival experience by helping both professional attendees and regular audience navigate the festival easily by being able to browse through the festival programme, films, events or venues even when they are offline, log in to see their hospitality details, and receive festival news throughout the year. Read more.

Priority support

Requests for support using our in-built app are monitored daily during office hours and replied to with no delay, always no later than in 24 hours. Additionally, you may choose Priority support to "jump the queue" of requests. Imagine selecting "Business class" to ensure your request will be dealt with utmost priority.

Pricing

What is the subscription period?

Subscription to the use of the Eventival Back Office is generally annual.

However, if you subscribe for 2 years, you will get a 10% discount from the total Service Fee (paid in full at the beginning of the service period).

What is Eventival Custom and how much will it cost?

Eventival Custom includes all features of Eventival Deafult starter pack (Data & Event management, Project management, Visitor page and support services) plus additional features you choose from Eventival Pro. The Service Fee is calculated based on the features you have chosen.

Can we get a discount?

Yes: choosing a two-year subscription can save you 10% from the total fee (the full fee should be paid at the beginning of the service period).

Or you can recommend us to another organisation that you think would need our services, and if they confirm in writing that they are coming to us upon your recommendation, you also get a discount of 10%.

What is included in the Service Fee?

The Service Fee includes the implementation and usage of the software, online training and support, and regular updates resulting from our clients’ feedback.

What is an additional edition?

Many festival teams organise (often simultaneously) more than one event per year, and obviously don’t want the films and events related to these events to be mixed up. With Eventival, you can create a separate edition for each event that requires it. This means that all your data will be kept in one Eventival, and if you have multiple editions, you will see which people and companies are involved in which films and events based on the editioin you open. You can even open several editions at the same time and work in them simultaneously.

Whether you need any editions at all, only one edition per year (the most typical case), or several editions for your different events, will become clear after the first orientation / implementation call with our staff.

Can I try a demo version?

Yes, we will gladly walk you through Eventival features and workflow in a live demo online. Upon request, we will then give you access to a demo version to play around in.

Congrats, you're very close!

Now: please write to us and describe your organisation, festival or event, tell us which database and software tools you're currently using and why you think you deserve an upgrade. Based on that, we will tell you which Eventival solution will fit you best.

Once you've made your choice, we'll send you a price quote, and if we agree on the terms, we'll create your Eventival Back Office database and start helping you become its independent and self-confident user.

How long does the implementation take?

Your new Eventival database will be created within minutes. We should then have a quick call to agree on the implementation steps, namely whether you want to migrate data from your previous database or spreadsheets and when you will get your first training sessions (this will be based on where exactly you are in your festival planning). The implementation period may be several days but also several months, based on your data migration needs, the availability of your staff for trainings, and your festival’s timeline. However, remember that not everything has to be done at the same time!

How are the trainings done?

Trainings are usually online using screen sharing. We can also arrange an onsite training for which our staff member will come to your office or your festival staff can come for a training course in Prague. The costs for this service are included in Eventival Pro for free (excl. the travel expanses, which are charged extra), in case of Eventival Custom it can be charged extra. 

Is there a User Guide?

Yes indeed, our user manuals (currently available in English) cover all aspects, features and workflows of Eventival.

What kind of support do you provide?

Using our in-built support app, you can send us a message with your question or problem. Requests for support are monitored daily during our office hours Monday to Friday (9:00 to 17:00 UTC + 01) and replied to with no delay, always no later than in 24 hours. In case of emergencies, you may use our Hotline.
