Fees
Eventival is provided as Software as a Service (SAAS*) which greatly simplifies the process of its implementation in your organisation. There is no need to download, install or buy any other software or hardware. All you need is the Internet, one of the common browsers on your (or rather, any) computer, and your Username and Password to enter your Eventival database.
*) SAAS means is that an application is licensed for use as a service provided to a client on demand, for a fixed amount and a fixed period of time. On the client's side, this eliminates the burden of obtaining additional hardware and software, downloading patches and upgrades (since an update affects everyone at the same time), and the need for in-house English-speaking IT support. The fact that users around the world see the same interface, read the same User Manual, follow the same business rules, and use the same functions in the same way improves the versatility and user-friendliness of the system, because it guarantees that releases of new features are prompted by the shared interests of a user community working in the same industry and facing the same issues. It also makes it easier for festivals to hire people who worked with the system elsewhere and, conversely, provides employment opportunities for people with festival experience.
The annual fee for the use of Eventival 2.0 is 75,000 CZK (roughly 3,000 Euro) which includes:
- Creation of a new Eventival database (the database contains no data but most of the relevant values are preset with modifiable values)
- Creation of a new Visitor Page (the communication interface connecting your constituency with your event)
- Administrative access to the back-office and Visitor Page
- Online training by our multilingual staff (English, French, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Czech)
- Online remote user and technical assistance
- Access to www.cinando.org
There are no hidden costs related to the use of Eventival. The only other costs can be for additionally required programming, consulting services, or migration of your original data into your new Eventival database (either from a provided Excel Import Template, or directly from your server). However, data can of course be put in manually or copied from the Cinando database.
