Eventival 2.0 is the answer to the need of festival directors, programmers and hospitality managers for an affordable web-based and platform-independent festival management system providing real-time access to data and files and offering a wide range of festival-specific productivity tools. Those available in Eventival 2.0 include communication and mass mailings, hospitality management suite, film selection and ratings, and online film submissions and accreditation request management.

Pay the fee, set up your account, spend a few hours customising the system and a few days getting online training by our multilingual staff, and start working. No additional hardware or software are needed, there are no hidden costs and no dependency on other software except your browser.

Eventival premiered in Berlin in February 2009, and soon came to be used by five film festivals. Encouraged by the worldwide interest and supported by an investment, we prepared an upgraded and improved version of the system which was presented on 10 February to festival managers at the Deutsche Welle Akademie training program.
