Co-founder of Eventival and the person who re-thought the processes involved in planning, organising and producing a film festival and translated them into hundreds of layouts.

Dawna worked for several film festivals in her native South Korea (Pusan IFF, BASFF) before moving to Prague to study at FAMU, and then working as Festival Manager and Programmer at MOFFOM, international festival of music films. She co-created the AMUSIFF network of music film festivals, and helped develop the DataKal project. In 2008, Dawna became programmer for the Busan International Kid's Film Festival (BIKI). Dawna studied psychology in Seoul, media studies in Montreal, cinema studies in Prague, and after living in France for two years, she graduated from INSEAD in 2010.
