As every February in the past four years, Tomas has been invited by the Deutsche Welle Akademie to give a leture on running film festival to a group of film festival directors from Asia, Africa and South America. This invaluable event organised by Deutsche Welle lets people with ambitions to improve their events look "behind the doors" of the Berlinale and learn from and disucss with industry experts.
